How can I get a refund?

In case the order got cancelled and you already paid for the goods, send us your bank details to ​zahlungen@billpay.de​ ​and request a refund. We need the account holder, the IBAN and BIC to refund the money. Make sure to state your order number and personal details for identification. The amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 10 bank working days.

Good to know: If the order is not cancelled, yet, contact the merchant directly to request the cancellation of your order and make sure to follow the merchant’s cancellation policy.
