The store is the only one who knows the status of your return and can adjust the total amount of your purchases, so we recommend that you contact them directly. Once they register your return, your invoice will be adjusted and you will receive an email and in-app notification. Any refunds will be made within 14 days. How we process your refund will depend on the payment method you used.

Submit return information anytime within the app – follow the prompts to enter tracking details and the date you returned your items. If after 21 days your return has not been properly registered by the seller, we can help if you provide us with the required return information.

And be sure to always keep copies of any correspondence or proof of contact with the seller.
