I have an ERP-System in place, how do I connect it with Klarna?
The Klarna Payments core bundled extension supports post order processing through the standard Magneto functions:
- Cancel an order
- Full and partial capture of payment on an invoice
- Full and partial refund of payment on an invoice
How do I set up different payment methods on my Magento site?
The payment methods are configured through the Klarna systems and tied to your Klarna merchant credentials (MID). All payment methods configured will be automatically displayed via the integration upon entering the checkout. No additional setup necessary!
You can decide, whether you want to deselect a certain payment method.
Does Klarna Payments work with popular One Step Checkout extensions?
Klarna has not verified the Klarna Payments CBE with any One Step Checkout extensions. However, Klarna Payments CBE is fully aligned to the architectural structure and standards of Magento 2. Any extension that also aligns to Magento’s architectural structure and standards should function with Klarna Payments.
What are the prices for Klarna Payments on M2?
Simple comparable transaction fees. Klarna’s rates are designed to be near or below what merchants are paying for V/MC Card-not-present reward cards or AMEX (especially when considering other issuers chargeback expense and other related fees).
Why should I recommend Klarna to my customer?
With Klarna Payments merchants can choose, what of all relevant payment methods, like invoice, installments (flexible and fixed), direct debit and bank transfer they want to offer to their end-customer. And - not matter what - payouts to the merchants are save.
When do merchants receive their payouts?
For Germany: Payouts are weekly and merchants receive their money always 2 weeks after the purchase has been made.
