You love it. We love doing it. It’s great.

But it’s not enough, is it? There are bigger problems we need to solve. So today we’re announcing a new initiative to focus on solving global sustainability issues.

We raised a lot of money from investors today – US$1bn – to help Klarna grow, launching our services in new countries and bringing more services to you, everywhere. We’re going to use 1% of that to kick off a new initiative so Klarna plays its part in solving the problems the planet faces. And we’re hoping others in the fintech industry will do the same.
