What happens if I can’t pay on time?

We understand that sometimes things change and that this may mean it is not convenient to make your next repayment at the originally scheduled time. That’s why we are introducing a “Snooze” function as an option you can choose if you want to extend the due date of your next repayment.

“Snooze” will allow you, for a small fee, to extend the due date of your next repayment to avoid incurring a late fee. If you’re going through hardships and need help to plan your future payments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Let’s find a solution together.
