Consumer Ombudsman

If you’re still unhappy after receiving a response from Klarna customer service, submit your complaint to Klarna’s customer ombudsman for review.

After receiving your complaint, the customer ombudsman will review your case objectively and decide whether Klarna’s previous decision should be changed or upheld. You’ll receive a response as soon as the customer ombudsman makes a final decision, and no later than 10 working days after receiving your complaint.

Please note that our customer ombudsman can only review complaints that have already been handled by Klarna customer service. If this is the first time you’re contacting us about your case, please get in touch with our customer service team. The customer ombudsman has the right to reject your case if Klarna customer service has not previously issued a decision on your complaint. Read more about how we handle complaints and our complaints process here.

To allow our customer ombudsman to review your complaint, please complete the form below. If your complaint meets the requirements for review by the customer ombudsman as described above, we’ll send you a confirmation email within 1 working day.

Have you been in contact with our customer service regarding your complaint?
