Complaints
Everyone has the right to expect good service and receive help if something goes wrong.
If something hasn't gone as expected, please contact our customer service team. We want to resolve any issues or misunderstandings and make sure your feedback is heard. The steps below explain our complaints process and what to do if you have a complaint.
1. Submit your complaint to Klarna
If your experience with Klarna didn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. Please contact our customer service team so we can work together to resolve the issue. For quick help, log in to the Klarna app and chat with us. We're ready to help!
If you're still not satisfied after contacting us, ask us to register a complaint. Or submit your complaint directly using our form.
2. Contact Klarna's customer ombudsman
Once you've received a final response to your complaint from our customer service team, contact Klarna's customer ombudsman, who reviews complaints if you're unhappy with the outcome. The customer ombudsman operates independently of our customer service team and reviews complaints that have already been handled by Klarna's customer service team but haven't been resolved to your satisfaction. Once the customer ombudsman receives your complaint, they will review your case carefully and impartially, reassess it, and issue a final decision.
3. Further support outside Klarna
Several independent organisations and authorities can help if you feel Klarna's solution doesn't meet your needs. Contact any of these organisations even if Klarna or Klarna's customer ombudsman has already reviewed your case.

Allmänna reklamationsnämnden considers disputes relating to purchases of goods and various types of services, among other matters. The dispute must be between you and a business, and you must submit the complaint. Ask ARN to consider the dispute if the amount involved exceeds the minimum amount.
