You can easily check whether we've received your payment or whether part of the payment is missing in My Klarna. We sent you a reminder because the invoice due date has passed and we haven't received your payment. If you made the payment after the invoice due date, you only need to pay the reminder fee. If you paid on time, please attach proof of payment so we can help you more quickly.

If you have a question about a payment you've made, please attach a bank statement, such as a screenshot, so we can help you more quickly. The following details must be visible on the statement:

Recipient's account number
Amount
Transaction date
OCR number/reference
