Use the correct OCR number to ensure your payment is linked to your order
The OCR number (2–25 digits) can be found either at the bottom of the invoice sent by email or in your Klarna account in the app
Things not to do
Do not attempt to pay multiple invoices at once using the same OCR number. Payments that cannot be linked to a purchase will be refunded. Unpaid invoices must be paid to avoid late fees and debt collection

Do not use credit to pay for installment purchases
We do not accept credit cards as a payment method for purchases made with the Klarna Card
