Skills and talent
We’re firmly in favour of creating equal opportunities for all. We want to support and encourage our employees and the wider community to reach their full potential.
This means making sure that the tech industry has access to the best talent, now and in the future. And it means working together to break down barriers to inclusion and opportunity.
We’re a team of motivated, strong achievers, working collaboratively and encouraging each other to develop and grow. Alongside on-the-job training and development, we also offer a number of exciting skills development initiatives around the world.
These include our coding for women workshops, such as our Rails Girls Israel project, and conference sponsorships for women in tech events, such as the Geek Girl Meetups around the world.
Equal opportunities: diversity and inclusion
We believe in providing support and opportunity to help create a fairer world – one in which our talented employees and the wider community has the opportunity to thrive and excel. Everyone should have the opportunity to realise their potential, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, or background.
Key to this is working together to break down barriers to inclusion and opportunity, and making sure that the tech industry has access to the best talent.
We run a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives across our offices, from Stockholm to New York. These include coding classes for children of all backgrounds, providing work experience for immigrants, migrants, and refugees, and conference sponsorship for diversity in tech events.
Shaping the future of fintech and retail
As an important player in the fintech and retail sectors, we want to help shape the future of these exciting industries. That’s why we’re members of several of advocacy and influencer organisations – including the Emerging Payments Association (EPA), Innovate Finance, eCommerce Europe and IMRG – to learn from and support other forward-thinking companies.
