These include our coding for women workshops, such as our Rails Girls Israel project, and conference sponsorships for women in tech events, such as the Geek Girl Meetups around the world.

We run a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives across our offices, from Stockholm to New York. These include coding classes for children of all backgrounds, providing work experience for immigrants, migrants, and refugees, and conference sponsorship for diversity in tech events.

As an important player in the fintech and retail sectors, we want to help shape the future of these exciting industries. That’s why we’re members of several of advocacy and influencer organisations – including the Emerging Payments Association (EPA), Innovate Finance, eCommerce Europe and IMRG – to learn from and support other forward-thinking companies.
