How do I deactivate credit options?

You can turn off credit options such as Pay in 3, Pay in 4, Pay later, and Financing in the app. Pay Now and Pay by card stay available.

    Go to your Profile
  2. 2.
    Select Payment preferences
  3. 3.
    Select Deactivate credit options
  4. 4.
    Select Yes, deactivate credit options
You'll get a confirmation in the app and by email. Purchases you already made stay due.
If you want credit options again later, contact us. We'll review your request against eligibility criteria.
