Download the app, sign in or create an account, and head to Payments—that’s your home base. From there you can manage payments, track orders, get reminders, and find help if something’s off. If you want to shop, you can also browse stores and offers in the app and choose how you pay at checkout.
Open the Klarna app and go to Payments. There you’ll see your orders, what you’ve paid, and what’s coming up. Tap an order to pay early or switch how you pay. Under Wallet, you can update the cards or bank account you use for Klarna. If something doesn’t look right, you can get help from the same place.
Everything lives under Payments: your orders, delivery updates, and your payment schedule. You can also link your email so tracking and receipts show up automatically. You can also add tracking details yourself if you need to.
Browse cashback offers in the app and shop at hundreds of stores offering cashback. When you follow the steps for that offer and shop at a participating store, cashback is earned according to the offer rules. You can decide to either redeem it for money added to your Klarna balance, or convert it to airline and hotel points with a membership.
