As UX Designers, we play a significant role in shaping Klarna's products and addressing our users' everyday challenges. We take pride in crafting innovative and user-friendly solutions. Who we are.

Our diverse UX Design team is 100+ designers-strong and consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, and Front-end Designers. Coming from all corners of the world, we cherish collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, ensuring we lead the industry and deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Becky Xie

Becky began her journey at Klarna as a Product Manager. After 2 years, she ventured into the world of UX Design. Today, she’s thriving as a Product Designer, and seamlessly blending her experiences to create products that will knock your socks off.

Joachim Chevry

As a Senior UX Design Lead, Joachim bridges strategy and design, working closely with diverse teams to create impactful products for both in-store and online shopping. He is also one of our leads who empowers our designers, fostering their growth and expertise.

Danielle Fricke

Danielle, a Front-end Designer at Klarna, is all about combining design and code to elevate post-purchase customer communications. Her goal for this year? Deliver a dependable, user-friendly experience for managing purchases and payments.

Jayma Leavengood

Jayma, a Senior Lead UX Researcher at Klarna, drives the company's success by addressing customer needs and resolving pain points. She’s pretty amazing at in-depth research and analysis, offering profound insights into user challenges across various shopping experiences, including payments, checkouts, order tracking, and more.

Justyna Piwowarska

Justyna is the Product Design Lead in our Design System team. She uses her expertise to help product teams craft better, more consistent, and higher-quality experiences for customers. When she’s not supporting product teams, she’s empowering women in the tech industry, and creating a more inclusive environment for all.

Marco Zani

Marco is a Product Design Lead who thrives on quick design sessions, and learning from others. And when he’s not doing that, you’ll find him contributing to projects beyond the daily tasks.

The KonferenSE.

At Klarna, you are the driver of your own development. An example of this is when a few years ago, a handful of our engineers created an internal idea-sharing event, the KonferenSE. Over time, it has evolved to include Product Managers and UX Designers, and now hosts an impressive 1750 participants. In the last event, over 40 individuals applied to present a topic of their choosing. A chosen few had the opportunity to deliver talks with the support of our speaker coaches.
