How do I lock my account?

To lock your account, tap this link.

When locking your account:

  • You'll be signed out on all devices. 

  • You’ll need to sign in again on all devices after unlocking your account. 

  • No new transactions can be made with Klarna. 

  • Ongoing payments are not paused. 

  • All Klarna issued cards are frozen - but you’ll be able to unfreeze them after unlocking your account.

Good to know: You can unlock your account anytime. You will need a valid ID to unlock your account.
