Refunds are credited to the original payment method after 14 days if you didn't opt in to either enable Klarna balance refunds or select another payment method.
Where can I find or view my refund?
Refunds are either credited to your Klarna balance or to the original payment method depending on your settings. If you have an open Klarna balance, your refunds will automatically be sent there.
If you don't have a Klarna balance, you'll have received a notification in the app, and an email, to prompt you to either activate Klarna balance or choose to be refunded to another payment method.
To check if you have enabled Klarna balance refunds:
Heads up, according to most store’s T&Cs express shipping fees are not refundable.
Full refund Once the full refund is registered against your order, any remaining payments will be cancelled and the already paid amount will be refunded to the bank account provided.
Partial refund
You can view any updates to your payment plan in the app.

Log in to view the status of your latest return or cancellation.
First ensure the store updated your payment plan accordingly.
If after 14 days you have not received a refund, or your original form of payment is associated with a now closed bank account, contact our Customer Service. If your payment plan has not yet been adjusted by the store, please contact the store directly to confirm your return or order cancellation.
