If you’ve returned your order the merchant should credit your bank account with the refund amount. Please note that information on this is only provided by your merchant.

The merchant will be able to inform you whether the payment of an order has already been credited to the merchant’s account. Please bear in mind that transfers usually take 1-3 days to be processed. Weekends and holidays should also be taken into consideration as regards the time of the credit, as transfers are not processed on these days.

No, it is not possible to cancel a payment made by Klarna’s direct banking once the transfer order has been received by your bank (as for any other transfer or payment in advance). Of course, the merchant has to refund your money within the normal refund process or in case of revocation or withdrawal. Please contact the merchant / provider you ordered from directly. You can find the contact information on the merchants/providers website.

During the payment process you have the possibility to ask for a transaction confirmation email from Klarna. If you want to use this service, click the checkbox “Transaction confirmation” when entering the confirmation code in the payment wizard. After entering your email address you will receive the confirmation in your inbox. It is not possible to get a confirmation afterwards.
