If you're a Klarna member, your cashback never expires. If you're not a member, cashback remains active as long as you earn or redeem at least once every 90 days. If your account is inactive for 90 days, your cashback may expire.
If you already have a Klarna balance, we'll automatically move your cashback there before it expires.
Which types of activity keep my cashback active?
Earning new cashback or redeeming any amount resets the 90-day timer for your entire balance. Returns, refunds, or cancellations do not count as activity.
