Does cashback expire?

When your cashback expires depends on your Klarna membership tier:
  • Standard: expires 6 months after payout.
  • Everywhere and Plus: expires 12 months after payout.
  • Premium and Max: never expires while your membership is active.
Good to know
  • If you upgrade, your existing cashback automatically follows your new tier's expiry rule.
  • If you downgrade, we recalculate expiry from the end of your current membership period.
  • Expired cashback cannot be recovered.
