How do I use contactless payments?
You can enable contactless payments in the app by using a supported verification method.
Klarna Card/Klarna Credit Card
Navigate to Wallet
Go to your Klarna Card or Klarna Credit Card
Select Tap to Pay and follow the prompts to use Face ID and activate
Note: when choosing Plan a purchase on the Klarna Card, the option Tap to Pay is shown once your plan is approved.
Disable contactless payments for Debit Flex/Klarna Credit Card
Virtual card:
Go to Wallet and select your Klarna Card/Klarna Credit Card
Navigate to Settings
Tap Freeze card to temporarily disable contactless payments or Cancel card to remove permanently
Physical card:
Go to Wallet and select your Klarna Card or Klarna Credit Card
Navigate to Settings
Toggle off Contactless payments to disable contactless payment
One-time card service:
Navigate to Wallet
Go to your One-time card
Select Tap to Pay on the card’s landing page and follow the prompts to use Face ID and activate
Note: go to your existing One-time card and tap Cancel card to remove contactless payments.

Keep your phone and login details secure so that only you can use your Klarna cards. If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, let us know without delay. If you fail to safeguard your device you may be liable for any resulting unauthorized purchases.
Klarna may suspend or terminate access to the contactless payments feature at any time for security, technical, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
