How to manage your money with the Klarna App.

We get it, you’re busy and you want to shop without all the hassle – after all, that’s what we are here for. Making sure you get what you need, when you want it, and return the items that don’t fit without breaking the bank… it can sometimes be a nerve-wracking adventure to get everything in place.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, here are some handy tips and tricks to help you make the most of it…

Why download the Klarna App?

In the Klarna app you can easily manage all your purchases and repayments, report a return and get help with any questions – we have a live chat (it couldn’t be simpler). The app also provides you with a useful record of all your Klarna purchases in one place – never lose the receipt again, or, forget which items you’ve returned.

Enable notifications.

Did you know that those who choose to pay later via the Klarna app, reduce the risk of missing their payment by half? With the Klarna app you can view all your purchases in one place and receive notifications regarding when upcoming payments are due. And if you’re not ready to pay yet, simply snooze the payment for up to 10 days later.

Turn on autopay.

When you choose to spread the cost of your purchase through Klarna financing, you don’t need to manually confirm the payment amount each month. Just enable ‘autopay’ within the app! Now, you can sit back, relax and your monthly payments will automatically be debited from your account via a Direct Debit.

Report a return.

We’ve all been there: you found the ideal item but it just won’t fit. In the Klarna app you can easily report a return so you only have to pay after you decide what you’ll keep. Simply select the item(s) you wish to return, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘report return’. Now, take your item(s) to the closest collection point and your payment will then be paused until the retailer let’s us know they have this. We will keep you up-to-date and update your invoice with the correct details.

Snooze.

This one’s simple. Don’t quite have the funds, need some time? You can snooze any payment that’s due for 10 days, for free. You can only snooze each order once – so use the time wisely!
