What is needed for you to activate my store for sales and to have my integration approved?

To start selling with Klarna, your website must be live and must contain the following information:

  • Company information: registered company name, registered company address, organisation number and VAT-number
  • Terms and conditions containing shipping information, expected delivery time, shipping policy and a return policy aligned with the Distance Contracts Act with information about 14 day right to return. If shipping fees are added, the price needs to be clearly specified.
  • Information and contact details for your Customer Service, both phone number and email.
  • The price of products and shipping fees specified in Klarna Checkout must be correct.
