How do I return an order purchased with a gift card?

Contact the store to let them know you want to return items purchased with your gift card or follow the store’s Return Policy.

Stores typically issue store credit when refunding returned gift card orders.

Good to know:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, which means your payment plan will continue as scheduled.
  • Our customer service agents are not able to cancel, refund, or adjust gift card amounts.
