What happens if I make a return?

We’ve got you covered! Returns are subject to the store’s return policy, so please check the store’s website for information on their return policy and instructions on how to make a return. If the store issues a refund, we’ll update your payments accordingly. You can check the status of your payments and refunds anytime here or in your Klarna app.

Want to make a return at Wish?
Log in to your Wish app or Web page and select “Order History”, then “Contact Support” and “Returns and refunds”. Click through the steps and choose the item(s) that you wish to return and request a refund.

Good to know: If you have an upcoming payment due date – let us know and report a return here or in the app. If there is a delay in the online store registering a return Klarna will issue a new payment due date for the stuff you decided to keep. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

Can I return goods ordered online to the physical store?
Please first check with the individual retailer. If online orders are returned in-store, please keep proof of the return until the return has been processed.

Where do I send the goods I would like to return?
The online store will provide you with the necessary details regarding the return of your goods. Please use the tracking information provided by the online store to check the delivery status of your order.
