What happens if I make a return?

We’ve got you covered! Returns are subject to the store’s return policy, so please check the store’s website for information on their return policy and instructions on how to make a return. If the store issues a refund, we’ll update your payments accordingly. You can check the status of your payments and refunds anytime here or in your Klarna app.

If you have any questions regarding the status of a return or refund eligibility, please contact the store directly.

Good to know: If you have an upcoming payment due date – let us know and report a return here or in the app. If there is a delay in the online store registering a return Klarna will issue a new payment due date for the stuff you decided to keep. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.


How will my refund be processed?
If the store issues a full refund, any payments already made will be refunded to your original payment method and your remaining payments for that purchase will be canceled. If the store issues a partial refund then it will be processed differently depending on the payment method you’ve chosen. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first that the store has updated your statement accordingly here and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method.


Can I return goods ordered online to the physical store?
Please first check with the individual store. If online orders are returned in-store, please keep proof of the return until the return has been processed.

Log in to your Wish app or Web page and select “Order History”, then “Contact Support” and “Returns and refunds”. Click through the steps and choose the item(s) that you wish to return and request a refund.
