If you ordered a physical bank card, we will send the Klarna bank card to the address you confirmed during registration. The card will arrive in a maximum of 10 working days.
Didn’t receive the bank card?
If you have not received your bank card after 10 days, please block it immediately in the Klarna app. You can then easily order a new card in the app.
