How do I change my bank account details?

For changing your bank account details, please go to Klarna’s Merchant Portal and use the help button and search for “How do I change my bank account details” in the search field. You will then receive a digital form that allows you to submit your information electronically to us. Keep in mind that you need to have Administrator rights and have two-factor authentication (2FA) running to be able to make the change.

You can also fill in a form that you find here, and send it to us from your registered administrator e-mail. Along with the form, you must also send a copy of the ID of the authorised signatories. Note that the person who requests the change needs to be a registered administrator to have the authority to make the change.
