When do we receive the payment for our sales?

All orders which are activated during a week are paid as a lump sum in accordance with the payment delay that is outlined in your contract. If for example you have a payment delay of one week, the following will apply:

Week 1: You activate the orders when you send the goods (e.g. Monday-Sunday).
Week 2: The first week’s payment delay.
Week 3: We pay out the money for the orders you have activated Week 1.

In the example above: Monday of Week 3 is when the payout is made.

If you have any other queries about your payout, contact our Merchant Support team.
