When will I receive my payouts?

You will start to receive payouts for orders made through Klarna once your application is finalised. A payout delay will be incorportated into your aggreement in order to settle your orders into one payment. The “payout delay” is the time between you sending the goods and the day you receive payment for these goods. The most common payout delay is daily with a weeks delay, as in the following example:

Monday: All orders captured during this day are held for seven days and paid out on Tuesday the following week.
Tuesday: All orders captured during this day are held for seven days and paid out on Wednesday the following week.
Wednesday: All orders captured during this day are held for seven days and paid out on Thursday the following week.

If you are unsure of your payment delay, please look at your agreement or reach out to our Merchant Support.
