What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

You may not be able to use our payment options for future purchases. For purchases where you continue to miss your payments, we will use a debt collection agency to recover your outstanding balance.

Please note, we report payment information, such as balances, missed and late payments to credit reference agencies. Therefore, your payment history is visible on your credit file to other lenders – poor payment history may impact your ability to access credit from other lenders.

Good to know: Log in to the app to extend your due date. If the option to extend your due date is available it will be offered:

  3. Tap Extend due date
