You can always check the status and outcome of the investigation in the Klarna app.

  1. Go to My Klarna
  2. Select the purchase you want to check
  3. Find the details regarding the investigation in the information box

Good to know: Be sure to check your emails because after 21 days we will contact you for additional information.
