When will I receive my Klarna Card refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days. You’ll receive an app notification to your device, and an email confirmation, with updated pending refund information.

If your refund cannot be automatically matched to a specific order, the refund is instead credited and reflected in the balance of your current monthly Klarna Card statement - available for your next purchase.

Still waiting for your refund?

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect on your account balance.

I don’t have a connected bank account, how will I receive my refund?

Be sure to connect a bank account to your Klarna Card to speed up the refund processing time:

  1. Log in to the

  2. Go to Settings then tap Payment methods

  3. Follow the steps to link your bank account

Otherwise, you’ll receive a refund form to complete by email. Your refund will then be credited to your chosen bank account within 14 days of receipt of the completed refund form.

Can I transfer my Klarna Card positive balance?

Yes. Transfer any positive balance to your connected bank account:

  1. Log in to the

  2. Go to Purchases

  3. Navigate to your Klarna Card statement and tap Transfer
