My privacy request

Do you have any questions about data protection or would you like to receive further information about your personal data? We are here to help you. Depending on the nature of your request, there are two ways to contact us:

1. For the following matters, please fill out the form below.

• Deleting your personal data and terminating your customer relationship with Klarna: If you exercise your right to be forgotten, we will delete your personal data. This means that you will no longer be able to access previous orders or your account. You can place new orders again after we have successfully deleted your data. According to legal requirements, we may need to retain certain personal data even after your deletion request. If you only wish to unsubscribe from our marketing communications or remove a specific service, you can do so either in the app or by contacting our customer service.

• Rectifying your information: You can have incorrect personal data such as your name or date of birth corrected.

2. If you need help with other data protection-related issues or if you want to contact our data protection officer, we are also here for you. You can contact us in the following ways:

3. Limit data sharing (Gramm-Leech-Bliley opt-out)

To limit our sharing of non-public personal information with unaffiliated third parties under Gramm-Leech-Bliley Act simply go to the Klarna app: sign in to the Klarna App, go to Settings, then “Privacy” to adjust your settings. If you don’t have the Klarna App, you can go to the WebApp at app.klarna.com, then log-in, click ‘’Settings’’, then “Privacy” to adjust your settings.
