I can’t log in any more, what can I do?

If you are not able to log in using your customer number or your alias please delete the cookies from your computer, use another browser if applicable, and make sure to paste your password, if copied, without spaces. A new password can be requested on the login page of your merchant menu, stating the customer number or alias and the email address registered with us.
