How do I change the Administrator?

If your store needs to change the administrator and you do not have access to the Sofort Admin, you can fill out the form “Change of Admin” that we will send to you upon request.

Fill out all the information such as the name of the store, the organisation number, VAT-number, Customer ID and the new admin email.

Please note that if you fill out the the line “Previous admin email”, this user will be removed from the Sofort Admin. The form needs to be signed by the authorized signatory or be sent in from the current admin email.
