Why do I not get a confirmation after a successful transaction?

If you did not receive a confirmation, there can be two reasons. Either you have not enabled the notification function yet or a technical error has occurred.

Notification function not enabled yet:
Add email notification with payment status
Log in to your merchant account. Go to the menu item “My projects” to edit the relevant project. Now, go to the tab “Extended settings” and select the menu item “Notifications”. Add a new notification (type: “email with payment status”) and specify your email address.

Add a HTTP notification:
Log in to your merchant account. Go to the menu item “My projects” to edit the relevant project. Now, go to the tab “Extended settings” and select the menu item “Notifications”. Add a new notification (type: “XML HTTP Post”) and specify your notification URL.

Technical error:
Log in to your merchant account. Go to the menu item “My projects” and select the tab “Notifications”. You may now search for a specific transaction notification or view the most recent transactions. Please go “Detail view” to view more detailed information on the notification. You can recognise this feature by the magnifying glass icon. The notification log which is opened then may contain the reason for the failed notification.
