I received the error message “8001”. What does this mean?

The error message 8001 is returned by a Sofort Gateway module. Usually, this error message is sent if you try to initiate a transaction without a related Gateway project.

Solution:
Add Gateway project and enter configuration key in the shop system. You can get help on how to add projects in our manual.
