How do I request a new password?

A new password can be requested on the login page of your merchant menu, stating the customer number or alias and the email address registered with us: https://www.sofort.com/payment/users/login.

Your customer number or alias and the stored email address are required. We will send you a new password promptly. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please contact us per email: service@sofort.com

If you cannot log in using your new password, please try again with another browser or delete the cookies from your browser.
