What happens if I forget the payment date of a statement?

You can view all your statements, upcoming payment dates, and the remaining balance by logging into the Klarna app or here. Once logged in, select ‘My Klarna’ to navigate between your purchases, payments, or your Klarna Financing Account to view your payments as well as payment date.

Make sure to download the Klarna app to never miss a payment and be in full control!

Good to know: For most purchases the payment is typically due 14 or 30 days after the order is shipped, depending on the store and chose payment option. To help you pay on time, we’ll alert you two days before a payment is due. You’ll also receive email reminders.

How about my monthly statement?
We’ll tell you when your monthly statement is ready and it’s time to make your payment. If a payment is due you MUST pay at least the minimum payment each month, though only paying this amount will increase the total interest you have to pay. We recommend you pay the interest-saver amount, shown on your statement each month, which will keep you on track to pay for your purchase in full within the Financing promotional plan period.
