Warning! Fake paper invoices appearing to come from Klarna are currently circulating. The invoices reference an outstanding payment for a purchase which does not exist. To view your outstanding invoices, log into the customer portal or the app.

How can I get approved to pay with Klarna?

First, check how much existing outstanding debt you have with Klarna and all other lenders. Klarna limits the amount lent to ensure we do not overburden our customers.

Good to know: You can sign up for free to one of the Credit Reference Agencies (Experian, Transunion or Equifax) to understand your credit profile and for guidance on how it could be improved. If you have been declined because we have not been able to verify your details, it may be that there is conflicting information held by the Credit Reference Agencies so Klarna is unable to confirm your identity.
