Does On-site messaging support mini-cart or pop-cart pages?

You can place on-site messaging on mini-cart or pop-cart pages using our manual HTML integration process. Just go to the Merchant Portal, install the Javascript library, then add the HTML tag to your site. You can find more detailed instructions here on our Docs website. We recommend using placements with [autoXauto] size, as they fit this purpose well.

If you are a Shopify retailer, the Klarna On-site Messaging app for Shopify does not support mini-cart or pop-cart pages.
