How can I sign up to Disputes?

Easy. Just go to the Disputes section in the Merchant portal, and:

  • Select an email address and contact language for dispute-related emails
  • Agree to our terms and conditions
  • Click on Sign up

All checked? Good. Now if a dispute appears, we’ll notify you by email.
