How do I add the Klarna API credentials to my BigCommerce store?

You can find your Klarna API credentials in the Settings section in the Merchant portal. Next, in your BigCommerce admin panel, enter Klarna API credentials in the Klarna Payments Settings in Store Setup > Payments for the applicable currency.

Good to know: Klarna supports multiple currencies via BigCommerce. You’ll need a separate contract with Klarna for each applicable region. For example, if you would like to sell to customers in both USD and EUR, both US and EU contracts are needed. If you’re interested in adding more countries, reach out to your Klarna account manager to help you with signing a new contract. If you don’t have a Klarna account manager, contact our Merchant support for help.
