I’ve customized my messages but I still see the old design on my site. What should I do?

If you’ve customized your on-site messaging in your Merchant Portal, but don’t see those changes on your site:

  • Be patient. It can take a few minutes for customizations to update.
  • Make sure the theme is set to Light mode. Other themes will override the custom content.
  • Clear your browser cache. Browsers may cache content, and load an old version of the page
