What aspects of the message(s) can I customize?
You are able to customize the appearance (font, size, color) and the placement of the message to better suit the look and feel of your website. These changes can be made in the On-site messaging section of the Klarna Merchant Portal. Changes made and published in the portal will be updated on your site automatically, though the update may take up to a few minutes.
The message content, the payment method advertised, and the legal disclosures are displayed by Klarna. These cannot be changed or customized.
If you are a Shopify retailer, customizations made in the Merchant Portal are compatible with the Klarna On-site Messaging app.
