What can I do in the Settings section?

The Settings section includes 5 main tabs:

  • API credentials – create multiple sets of API credentials used to authenticate with Klarna when placing orders for your store
  • SFTP credentials – create up to 5 sets of SFTP credentials used to authenticate with the Klarna SFTP server
  • Support code – create a token for third parties to contact Klarna on your behalf
  • Bank account details – add or request a change of bank account details directly in the Merchant portal
  • Store information – add information to help customers recognize their orders and quickly get in touch with you in case of questions

If you have more than one merchant ID (MID), you can switch between different MIDs in the top left corner and adjust MID-specific settings.
