What do I do when I can’t deliver all the products to my customer in one go?
No need to worry. If your customer’s order has multiple items and you would like to deliver some of them, simply go to the order page in the Merchant portal, select the order items you want to deliver, and click Capture.
If you need to change the number of items, click on Edit order lines, split the order line into multiple ones with corresponding quantity, and proceed with capturing.
You can also capture a custom amount by clicking on the Capture all button below the goods list and entering the amount you want to capture. Your customers will only be charged for the items you’ve shipped to them. And the payout you receive will only contain the captured amount. When you’re ready to send the rest of the order, you do the same thing with the remaining amount.
Good to know: capturing with a custom amount won’t give your customers a good user experience. We’re happy to listen to your use-case to find better support in the future.
