What happens to my payouts while my new bank account details are being updated?

If we register failed payouts with your current bank account details, we’ll immediately notify you. Your payouts will be temporarily paused until new valid bank account details are updated.

On the other hand, if you’re receiving payouts but want to change the bank account details, you can:

  • Continue receiving payouts to your old bank account until the new bank account details are updated
  • Choose to temporarily suspend payouts by contacting our Merchant support until the new bank account details are updated
