When do I need to transfer my contract?

Let’s say your business has gone from ‘sole proprietorship’ to ‘limited liability company’ (LTD, AB, AS, BV, GmbH, etc.) recently, or you’ve sold your business, and there’s a new owner. In each of these cases, you’ll need to request the transfer of your contract since the organization number for your business has changed.
