How do I remove an item from the customer’s order?

Go to Orders in

. When you’ve opened an order, find the captured item, tick the box next to the item that should be removed, and click on the Refund button. The refund will trigger a repayment to your customer (if they’ve already paid), and we’ll deduct the same amount from your next payout.
