How do I remove an item from the customer’s order?

Go to Orders in the Merchant portal. When you’ve opened an order, find the captured item, tick the box next to the item that should be removed, and click on the Refund button. The refund will trigger a repayment to your customer (if they’ve already paid), and we’ll deduct the same amount from your next payout.
