What does the ‘Pending’ or ‘Rejected’ order status mean in the Merchant portal?
If the order status is shown as ‘Pending’, this means our Fraud department is manually reviewing the order. This process can take up to 24 hours. It would be best if you waited with fulfilling the order until the status changes to ‘Approved’. You can verify the order’s status in the Activity log (found at the order page’s bottom in the Merchant portal).
If the order is ‘Rejected’, then the order has been reviewed and rejected by our Fraud department. Customers with rejected orders can contact our Customer support with any questions or concerns.
