What does the “Pending” or “Rejected” banner mean in the Merchant Portal?

If an order shows as “Pending” this means our Fraud team is manually reviewing the order. This process can take up to 24 hours. If an order is “Pending” you should wait to fulfill it until it reflects as “Approved”. You can verify the status of the order in the Order’s Activity Log (found at the bottom of the Order page in Merchant Portal). A “Rejected” order has been reviewed and rejected by our Fraud Department. Customers with Rejected orders are welcome to contact our Customer Service team with any questions or concerns.
