What is On-site messaging (OSM) and how do I activate it?

On-site messaging (OSM) is a tool used to let customers know that Klarna is available on your website. The service is available for all retailers using Klarna Payments or Klarna Checkout. And it’s free! Letting your shoppers know about the different payment options available to them before they reach the checkout can influence the purchase decision.

You can quickly activate On-site messaging in the Merchant portal. Just go to the On-site messaging section and add the JavaScript library code snippet to display the message on your website.
